We developed a conceptual pitch for Real Madrid to explore new visual possibilities for the presentation of the women’s football team roster.
Our proposal sought to expand on the current Real Madrid branding while planting seeds for possible future evolutions. We worked on a minimal yet impactful graphic system that would elevate the presence of the women’s team, both visually and conceptually, creating a stronger connection with their identity.
A key component we chose to amplify is the purple sash at 45 degrees—a nod to the region of Castilla, the historical and cultural heart of the club’s origin. It’s a subtle yet powerful reminder of where this greatness comes from, and who it now includes.

STRATEGY
Inspired by the pied-de-poule pattern featured on the team’s jersey — itself a reference to a traditional Madrid textile — we integrated this motif throughout the visual system, using it as an anchor across different applications to add depth and versatility to the brand.
By placing them at the center of the narrative, we affirm a simple truth: talent and greatness know no gender. This is Real Madrid: redefined, expanded, and elevated.

As part of our creative strategy, we introduced 3D graphic elements into the system. This allowed us to add depth, movement, and versatility, enhancing the visual language and expanding its adaptability across platforms.
Our approach was crafted to deliver a cohesive, modern, and forward-thinking design solution, one that is firmly rooted in the Real Madrid spirit, while offering a bold, contemporary vision of what greatness looks like today.
